This is the thing most worth understanding before you book. Dermal filler adds volume. Botox relaxes muscle movement. Kybella does neither. It is a reduction treatment, which puts it in a different category from the injectables people usually have in mind when they think of a med spa.
That is also why the assessment matters. If what is bothering you under the chin is loose skin rather than fat, or a mix of the two, Kybella on its own may not be the answer, and we will say so.
